InstallingGus is currently a work in progress. The documents submitted by CBIL and other collaborators will be combined in one single effort. I have mainly used Fidel and Sucheta's installation guide as a base (put together by Fidel Salas, Sucheta Tripathy and Tejal Karkhanis at the Virginia Bioinformtics Institute). This was the most up-to-date and comprehensive (It is here: http://www.gusdb.org/documentation/vbidoc.pdf).
